  • Kate Riggs - Founder & CEO

    Kate Riggs, brings over 25 years of experience in the mental health and substance use field. She holds an MBA and has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, managed large-scale clinical operations, and built a network of allied services grounded in integrity and compassion. Her leadership is shaped by strong faith-based values and a commitment to excellence in both clinical outcomes and organizational development.

  • Janice Reeves - LPC

    Janice is a Licensed Professional Counselor whose strong work ethic was shaped early in life while working on her family’s farm. This foundation led her to entrepreneurship, where she successfully owned and operated a small Tex-Mex restaurant for 28 years.

    After closing the business, she pursued higher education at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Rehabilitation Science. She went on to complete her master’s degree at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock.

    During graduate school, Janice worked as a Case Manager for an organization serving individuals with developmental delays—an experience that provided invaluable insight and shaped her passion for helping others. After graduation, she became a Licensed Associate Counselor, marking the beginning of her counseling career.

    Since 2020, Janice has worked in both mental health and addiction treatment. She is deeply passionate about seeing individuals find freedom from addiction and relief from the symptoms of mental health challenges.

  • Marie Phillipson - SUDP, SUDA, NCAC1, AACC

    Marie Phillipson is an Addiction Counselor with Treatment Recovery Strategies. She is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington and holds Substance Use Disorder Associate (SUDA) credentials in Idaho. Marie also carries national certification as a National Certified Addiction Counselor I (NCAC1). In addition, she is an AACC-certified Christian Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors.

  • Brittany Story Admissions & Case Management | RMA

    Brittany oversees Admissions and Case Management, bringing a strong clinical and pharmacy background to her role. As a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and former Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), she supports both clients and providers with comprehensive coordination of care.

    Brittany manages client admissions, provider scheduling, medication management needs, referrals, prior authorizations, and serves as a key liaison between staff and clients. Her mission is simple: to support each client in whatever way is needed to ensure a smooth, effective, and compassionate care experience.
